2. I acknowledge that I have watched the informational videos describing the Scope and Limitations of the 7.4 program.
3. I have completed the Health Awareness Course and agree to adhere to the protocols of the 7.4 program.
4. I understand that the personalized food plan is not a medical cure but a pathway to health and vitality.
5. I voluntarily register for this food plan and accept full responsibility for my participation and any associated risks.
6. I have read and consent to the Privacy Policy regarding the collection and processing of my personal and health data in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023.
